Do You Have Questions About Our Services?

How should I prepare for the appointment?

Please move any fragile items or furniture away from windows and ensure we have clear access to the glass inside and out. Our technicians will handle the rest.

What does your full-service window cleaning include?

Full window detailing interior and exterior, tracks and screens.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

For most homes, we recommend professional window cleaning at least twice a year — once in the spring and once in the fall. Commercial properties or coastal areas may benefit from quarterly cleanings to maintain clarity and prevent buildup.

What do you charge for your services?

Our rates depend on several things like how many windows you have, their size, accessibility, and condition. In addition to any specialty windows (Garden windows, leaded/stained glass, french windows etc). Because every home is different, we DO NOT provide prices over the phone. To give you an accurate price for your home, one of our team members would be happy to visit and provide a free, no-obligation estimate.

How often should I get my solar cleaned?

For the average home or commercial building we recommend just one cleaning a year. For properties close to farmland, hillsides or located in coastal areas we recommend a cleaning twice a year.

How long does the service take?

We like to get started around 8am. Most residential cleanings take 1–6 hours depending on the number of windows and size of job. Larger or multi-story properties may take longer.

What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?

We’ll reschedule at no charge. If there is forecasted rain within a week of your service we will gladly come back and do any necessary touch ups, free of charge.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

All we need is a signature to get started. Feel free to run errands and go about your day. Our repeat customers often leave and have us lockup once the job has been completed.
